Arrived 15 mins early, aware that I may need to wait for my table, but was seated straight away. My friend arrived 5 mins after the original booking time. They attempted to give me garlic bread twice before my friend arrived, and both times I asked to wait. It was then placed on the table at the exact booking time and told it had to be put down at booking time. Fine. My friend arrived and a rude waitress came straight over and told us we only had 45 mins. I said it was 1.5 hours on the booking and showed her where it said this. She said her manager told her this.
Order taken straight away, my friend had barely sat down.
Finished food and the bill was dropped to table as soon as desserts were cleared as "they needed table back", I mentioned that we booked for 5.30 so should have table until 7, just to be told that the time started as soon as I sat, and as I was 15 mins early lost 15 mins at the end. I questioned this and said I was not told this or I would have waited for the table. A shrug and she said well we couldn't use the table when you were early, note the table was empty when I arrived, and noone would have had time to sit and eat in the 15 mins before my booking time. I asked why the table would be required before 7, as if I arrived exactly on time I would have it until 7 so why would it be booked before that? Again no response. Just another shrug.Service was awful. I said this should have been communicated and I would have waited the 15 mins before being seated, she agreed and carried on taking the payment, no apology, nothing.
Fast food restaurant on a power trip.
Food was mediocre. Steaks all clearly precooked as they arrived at the table within 5 mins of ordering. Medium rare steak was definitely rare. Again fine as i dont mind this but not the way i asked for it. Dessert was nice but obviously frozen.
All in all, I do not recommend. It's not worth the hype and is too rushed.
They need new management, and would benefit from staff training.
