Terrible experience – an hour and a half wait for a single order . Disgusting. We waited an hour and a half to receive the only order we placed. During this entire time, we were completely ignored by the waitstaff, who seemed more interested in everything but the customers. Even worse, the manager didn’t bother to come to our table to apologize or explain the delay. There wasn’t even a courtesy gesture, like a discount or anything to make up for the unacceptable treatment we received. Clearly, in this restaurant, the customer doesn’t matter at all. The lack of respect and professionalism made this experience disastrous. I strongly advise against setting foot in this place if you don’t want to waste your time and be treated like you’re invisible

Ate here with family. Nice food but unable to fully relax and lots of little niggles Tables are on top of each other It’s very dark Had a cracked glass on my table with sharp edge which I noticed just in time, staff kindly swapped it for a piping hot glass Table was missing cutlery which I had to ask for when the meal arrived Nowhere to hang your coats Staff noisily bashing glasses together Lots of noisy yanks making a racket

We had the sharing steak plater. It was really lovely. In general it was a great experience.

Nice welcome. All the staff are wonderful and very attentive. The disappointing portion size of the food really was remarkable. A small steak is 25 euro, a half chicken over 17 euro and comes served with nothing! The mains prawn dish is identical and barely larger then the prawn starter except it come with a tiny dish of skinny fries. All sides are extra, and although they are less than 3 euros each they are also miniscule. Cocktails were nice and it's a beautiful space and what we ate was tasty. Could do with more than three choices of desert also as all the offerings were very similar soft (banoffi/chocolate mousse/creme brulee) texture. We left hungry.

Food was ok. We both found the ribeye to be tough even though it was cooked medium rare. Didn’t really enjoy the steak because of it. Sides were fine but nothing I would be rushing back for. My son got fish and chips and although it was a bit more expensive than you would normally pay for a child’s meal it was fresh fish which I was happy with, much better than the usual offering of sausage and chips. The service was good, very pleasant staff but overall I wouldn’t rush back. I was expecting the steak to be good as that’s what they do but it was disappointing.
