Bodega Ellerslie, our first Edmonton location south of the River Valley, is just 15 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport, steps away from Blackmud Creek and surrounded by numerous hotels and head offices.
Our Ellerslie location is the perfect spot for a speedy lunch, drinks afterwork and a night out with friends. With just 60 seats, this space is bright, dynamic with all the little details our properties are known for.
This summer, snag a spot on the patio, and settle in - small plates and paella to share will transport you out of the suburbs and into Spain. This is a friendly neighbourhood restaurant & we kindly ask guests to observe a two hour dining experience on busy nights so we can host as many of our cherished patrons as possible.

Food and service was excellent, it was loud where we were seated only because of the group of six next to us

This was our second time at Bodega Ellerslie and it wasn’t as great as the first. We were seated at the booth by the door which was fine but it was a in a drafty spot so I requested to move to another table but because it was Valentine’s Day, they weren’t able to accommodate my request. Then our server didn’t really come by our table that much when we wanted more tapas. Later on, she was chatting with another server directly behind me where I could hear her criticize us for just getting bread (which we didn’t, we also got the beef cheek and the bone marrow which were both unreal). So with that I will go back one more time to see if our service was just as great as the first time we were there or if this is the standard at this location.

Great food, lovely staff, and great deal on Thursday for 2 people, 8 tapas and a bottle of wine for $88. A very enjoyable evening. Would highly recommend.

Jessica was great and her recommendations were excellent. The tarts were flaky and delicious. Don’t skip dessert. We'll definitely be back soon.

Great food, service and atmosphere! We especially loved the wine selections, bruschetta and piri piri shrimp. We will definitely be back. Make a reservation as this place is busy.
