   We were never seated for our 8:30pm reservation. When we arrived at 8:30, there was already a horde of people waiting that hadn’t been talked to. We could barely get in the door. We waited for over 20 minutes before the first staff member passed by. Another 15 minutes later, two people were sat who had a 8pm reservation — over an hour after their time. We left after that. Horrible first experience. Horrible anniversary evening. Left to go have a wonderful dinner at Raso’s down the street. Get your reservations figured out. Unacceptable dining experience. Never were even acknowledged.

   Our family of five really enjoyed our meals. Yummy gnocchi, saltimbucca, pizza and chicken Alfredo. And the desserts were very nice!

   All 4 diner's meals were covered in mushrooms even if they were not listed as an ingredient on the menu. Waiter didn't know what we have always had before and said they don't do it (pitcher of sangria). Was very rude. Meals were okay except for the mushrooms that my wife doesn't eat. Seems to have gone downhill since they have new owners.

   Our waitress seemed to be very new and nervous. She didn’t seem to want to take our order so was running around doing anything and everything to stay away. However, when we flagged down other staff to fill our water pitcher or for more bread, they did not hesitate. Food was hearty and good. Would have been nice to know that the handmade fusilli pasta that waitress recommended had an additional cost.

   The food and atmosphere were great. We were there on a Friday night, the restaurant was full and there was a lot of take out business. There were some minor errors with what we ordered vs. what was brought out to us. The biggest issue was how long it took for our food to come to our table after we ordered it. The food was hot so it seemed to be an issue beyond our server's control; our conclusion was that the kitchen must have been backed up.

   Excellent Italian food. Warning - parking is very difficult to manage in this area. small parking lot in the back, and main street parking - side streets are permit only. We started with a salad. Excellent salad, olives, and bread. also ordered and split an eggplant rollintini. Excellent. I ordered egg plant parmigiana, my wife ordered the lamb chops, and our friend ordered the veal Marcelina. pictures below. Our guest couldn't decide on what to get, so she ordered the decadent tiramisu and a canoli. The eggplant was excellent. The food here, in general, is excellent. Good portions. And they never rush you. you can have a conversation. The music was not the best in the background. it's a taste thing. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. I return here periodically. It is a local gem and captures the spirit of a good quality family Italian restaurant. Highly recommend this place

   Bocelli’s was busy on Wednesday night because Ringo Starr was in Medford for a concert. Seemed a bit understaffed and kitchen slow. Was an ok dinner.

    Food took over a 1/2 hour to come out. My potatoes and my friends were ice cold! One waitress for one side of restaurant so not her fault! Food overall was ok wouldn’t go back. Just meh!
