The food was amazing and that’s this place’s saving grace. The restaurant is very dark and it’s a bit hard to see the menu without using the torch on your phone. Tables are crammed in tightly together so it’s a bit difficult to navigate. Hostesses were polite and accommodating. Our waiter was MIA throughout most of our meal. Did not refill drinks timely. Offered no bread, no cheese on the pasta dishes, no recommendations or suggestions, and no charm or friendliness whatsoever. We had the calamari and zucchini as appetizers and both were tasty. The limoncello spritz was nice. All of our entrees were delicious and generously portioned: the salmon, linguine pesto, rigatoni vodka, and chicken parm. It’s unfortunate the service doesn’t match the quality of the food.

The food was delicious. The service was horrendous. Cute for a date or meet up. We went as a family and the wait time between drinks, ordering, never even being offered dessert menu when we wanted to order dessert… the whole thing was a mess. But the food was good. lol.

I reserved a table for my boyfriend and I for Valentine’s Day. We ordered the pre fixe menu. When we arrived we explained that we had a show at 7, and would need to pay right away and eat quickly. Unfortunately, the service was very slow after the first course, and we could not get anyone’s attention to bring us the final course. We ultimately had to leave, and didn’t get to complete the meal. We spent over $200 and the meal and service was not nearly worth this cost. Will not be back.

Great dinner. Spacious and pretty. Food was really good - we had Cacio Pepe, Bronzino, lasagna and eggplant parm - all were delicious. Prices are reasonable

The food was amazing and the food came out VERY fast. We went on a saturday evening at 6pm for a pre-theatre meal and we could’ve been in and out in 35 minutes thats how fast the food came out but we had time to kill so we got dessert and more drinks. Cocktails were very well made, dessert was delicious and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend and will come back. Note, our waitor didn’t bring us bread for the table but not a big deal.

We arrived a bit early and were seated promptly. Wait staff was at our table within a few minutes with water, bread and olive oil, but the staff was not very engaging or friendly. The bread was good but not warm as expected. Orders for drinks and food came reasonably quickly; all were excellent. This was our second visit to Bocca at this location. We would likely return because the service was ok and food was excellent; just wish the staff was a bit more personable.
