Oyster selection was not all that great- three different selections- was thinking with oyster In the name of the restaurant there would be quite the raw bar and selections to choose from. The food was decent and came out quick but the service was very slow overall. It took a long time to get our drinks, I think we saw the waitress one more time since the initial order. Once we were done with our meal We sat for about 20 mins with empty glasses and plates before ever seeing our waitress again at which point we just asked for the check. We also were seated near a youth baseball team celebration which killed the vibe of a fancy night out. All in all I’d come back for another try.

Loved it! On a nice night sitting outside with lots of multicultural people and good food and service made for a great evening.

Don’t eat the steak sandwich. French onion, soup and clam chowder were delicious. Great view of the water in the boat in the harbor including the Bridgeport ferry. Pasta meal was very good with fresh seafood. Enjoyed the coffee and the view.

Waterfront dining. Yes, we love it and have been to Boca Oyster bar many times. This time, however, wasn’t as stellar. Food seems to have gone down a notch. My chicken Milanese stack was over fried and dry though beautiful presented. My husband’s shrimp was also over fried and dry. The salmon was delicious! I ate it next day leftovers. And service started out good, but faltered when we had to wait a while for the check after declining dessert.

I usually have a great experience at Boca. The ceviche was just ok, a bit watery, the lobster dumplings had no taste, I would suggest they not be fried, the Montauk swordfish was a bit overcooked, the tuna was superb. Service was fantastic!!!!

Boca is one of the very few restaurants in CT that allows dogs. I am grateful for that first and foremost. It was a busy weekend. The waitress was very attentive. Surprisingly, for a busy day, the food came out way too soon. It almost made me feel like I was being rushed out.

We had a very pleasant evening last night. The food was good, the device and hostess were great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Shrimp, clams were well prepared. We have been here 5 times and will be back soon
