I have enjoyed this place in the past and wanted to bring my guests to enjoy a nice meal. Our reservation was at 6 pm on Thursday evening. We had ordered and had enjoyed two salads and some wine. After waiting quite some time, we were told by our waitress that our steaks were resting and that they would be out shortly. I spoke to the manager who made excuses but offered nothing to make things better or any estimate on when we might actually get our food. She said that over 100 steaks had been ordered and that our waitress should not have said our steaks were resting because they had not been cooked. It’s a large, established steakhouse that should be able to accommodate large orders. Another 30 minutes or so go by and still no food. At 8 pm, two hours after we arrived, we still didn’t have our food and there was no idea as to when we might get our food. We ended up leaving without our food. We stopped by the front to let them know we were leaving without having had dinner and that we were not paying for the salads or wine we had because no one had been by our table in quite sometime. We had paid reservations for an event that started at 8 pm and were late arriving for that due to not getting our meal. I was truly disappointed. I can’t see coming back with so many other steakhouses to choose from in OKC. Bob’s had previously been a favorite.

Went we arrived 10 minutes early was told to wait to be seat which is fine. Servicer didn’t seem to like us that much. The fried calamari was not even close to being okay. It was very rubbery and dry. After getting the appetizer waited for about hour before getting the food. Steak was under cooked for the likes of my wife. After complaining to the manager was able to get a free dessert and the appetizer removed from the ticket. Overall will not return anytime soon.

We had an amazing time eating here for the first time. Food, service and ambience was out of this world! We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you for a wonderful first experience. Food was amazing with a generous portion. Wine pours were very generous also. We will be back.

First time here, food was excellent. Steaks were great even though not cooked as requested. Although I think any good steak house think they know best and rarely (pun intended) do they ever cook cook more than medium. Service was great (Jeff was pleasant), music and ambience was great (can't get better than Sinatra, Armstrong, Bennett, and those from that era), bread pudding was awesome. Would definitely recommend.
