Phenomenal food and service. Too loud to carry a conversation without yelling or speaking loudly, but still a great experience with knowledgeable staff.

We had the most wonderful time and I owe it to our server, Nick! So fun, informative and knowledgeable about the menu, how things are best cooked and he has a welcoming attitude and fun loving demeanor! The food was all superb and the drinks were fantastic! For celebrating or just going out for a fabulous steak dinner— Bob’s is the place and ask for Nick!

Have to say, this is the best Steakhouse in the country sans Smith & Wollensky’s. Absolutely love the food here, prepared properly and always super tasty. On this visit (from Reno - in town for a Cowboys game), I had a prime filet Oscar style, lobster bisque and a brownie/ice cream dessert. The filet was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful and delicious. It came with a carrot (yuck - just not my fav) and smashed potatoes, which were amazing! The Oscar style made it even more delicious with a large crab leg chunk and asparagus (no sauce for me). The lobster bisque was very tasty, but a bit more pepper and a bit less lobster than I prefer. Finally, the dessert was underwhelming. But again, it’s a steak house and they do steak perfectly!! Highly recommended!

My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant while attending a Cowboys vs. Ravens game. I would have given this restaurant a 5 star, however, the restroom was too too far away!! My wife had tuna tar tar that was delicious, and I had a lobster bisque to die for! For entrees, wifey had a very delicious salmon dish and I had the seafood special, which was also fantastic. Our server was very attentive and so was the management staff and the hosts. This was a very good experience while in Dallas. I would recommend this restaurant to those looking for a very nice fine dining establishment.

This particular time dining was busier (and louder) than usual as there was a conference in town. I saw many diners that were dressed very casual in comparison to other times we’ve visited- I’m not sure if this was allowed because of conference guests or if Bob’s is slowly becoming a casual dining experience. Outside of that it was as always a delicious meal with exceptional service!

Server barely checked on us I have been to other locations and we’d constantly have servers or waiters checking on us but sadly downtown location was horrible experience, drinks would be watered down and maybe have 1 cube left before getting a refill , he was consistent with other tables except us , felt like he simply didn’t want to serve us , sadly this was to celebrate an anniversary and we both just had a terrible experience, food was great just service could have been way better
