   Everything was amazing! Our waiter was Owen and he was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the flavors melded beautifully. We will be returning with friends and family. Excellent restaurant!

   We celebrated my wife’s birthday with our two toddlers at Bobby van‘s to give her her special mommy‘s birthday out and our waiter. Jesse was incredible. Very high focus on hospitality and taking care of all our needs as well as making sure that our kids were well attended to so much so that they felt a part of the evening as opposed to stuck on their iPads Highly recommend this location even though the weekend it’s a bit quieter and it seemed to be more of a weekday business evening crowd, location

   Jose, our server, was outstanding. Attentive without being overly invasive, and very helpful and menu knowledgeable!!

   Began with thick cut bacon which had a great ratio of fat (flavor) to meat coupled with shrimp cocktail apps with cocktails…great seat by the window, so time flew!! Cajun ribeye and dry-aged bone-in ribeye were cooked perfectly and the size was just right with our table sides. If you get a chance…must try BVG hash browns!! We couldn’t finish everything, so I warmed up the leftover BVG hash browns (think more roasted mashed potato than shredded for hash browns) with eggs for a great breakfast. I have had great steak salads for lunch at BVG and now a great dinner. Right by K Street and it feels like a “DC” spot. Highly recommended…

   Fabulous food and service. Thought the sides for two were a little pricey but overall we loved it

   Our dining experience at Bobby Van’s was wonderful. Matthew was an attentive server. And the food was exceptional. The bread was hot and fresh from the oven, my filet diablo was cooked perfectly, the salmon was flavorful, and the crab and corn soup was savory and delicious. I had been to this restaurant before for a business dinner and decided to bring my family. It did not disappoint either visit- an excellent dining experience both times. We will definitely return!

   Middle of the road food and dining experience. I expected more for the price and high end steakhouse. Disappointed.

   Had to ask three times for an addition place setting for one guest/chair, who literally felt unwelcomed or an oversight like he wasn’t part of our group. It was not that busy so didn’t understand the issue. Ended up our eventual server. Victor, who was phenomenal…..took care of it…..but he was not one of the people I asked for help. Food was good.

    Excellent food quality. Service was solid but unspectacular, especially at end of meal. Disappointing that they ran out of a dessert by 8pm on a Monday. Need to do better there. Nice wine list that wasn’t too badly marked up.
