Really good ambience and a happy atmosphere. Our server Aaron was very attentive. Food was good with very generous portions. We are not experts on USA bbq as we were visiting from the UK, but it was everything we had hoped for.

Our waiter was very good. The bbq sauce and meat were very good but my food was not warm enough. The meat was barely warm as was the baked potato. On the other hand, my husband's side of corn was too hot to eat. This was at 6pm and the restaurant was just starting to get busy so there was no reason to have the food at the right temp. The food came quickly so I don't feel that it sat around. I just don't think they kept the potatoes and meat warm enough after they cooked them. We will try the restaurant again to see if that was a fluke.

This was our 1st visit to the Mesa location. We met friends there. It was delicious as usual but one of favorites (donuts) were not available due to a broken machine 😜. Service & food was outstanding.

The rating is over all. The restaurant had a great ambiance. The first table we had was not a good location. A gust of wind hit us every time the door open. We got a new table which worked out great. In the, meantime there was a particular waiter that was extra loud and obnoxious that it gave me a headache (our waiter was good.) I had beef ribs which were absolutely amazing, and the fries were perfect. The broccolini ..no comment. Of course the drinks were on point. My daughter experience was not so great. Well just leave that as is. We will give them another try. I want to try the salmon and shrimp.

Booked a last minute reservation here and had a wonderful time. Food was served very quickly, the brisket and ribs were both extremely tender and very flavorful. Steak was delicious as well and a good size- loved the onion topping, cornbread and shrimp appetizer was just as good. Ambience was nice, dining room wasn’t too loud and our server was very quick and attentive. Pricey but definitely worth it, Bobby Q’s just might be our new date night spot.

Reservation right before closing, they stay active & let patrons sit to finish food without rushing to bother. Do not hesitate to set a late night reservation if grabbing a quick bite for a small party.
