We had a group of 6 with a reservation made using Open Table over 2 hours prior to our scheduled arrival. 2 of our guests checked in before our reservation time and the rest of us joined within the 15 minute grace window given for reservations. Our table took over 45 minutes to be ready. They did try to make it right by providing a round of champagne on the house, but it was inconvenient for our friends who needed to travel back to Austin. Thankfully our children behaved, the food & margaritas were great, and the ambiance was very nice.

Blush is my ultimate fave for brunch and the service is always wonderful. They recently changed the menu which may take some getting used to, but I am happy they are exploring and innovating.

The food was bland and tasteless. Nothing special. The saving grace was the crème brûlée French toast. Everything else was below average including the drinks.

Was the food pricey? Yes. Was it worth it? ALSO YES!!! The food was soooooo good and our waitress was on top of everything we needed. We will be back (:

Such a gorgeous! Crème brûlée French toast was ahhhhhhmazing! Drinks were delicious! It was such a great place!

I was really looking forward to eating here. We were a party of 4 & celebrating a birthday for brunch. The food was good. However, they run out of the soup of the day @ a 12:30pm reservation. There was a nat in the simple syrup for ice tea & wasn’t replenished until we finished our meal. One coffee was cold & again didn’t get served again until the end of the meal. The green goddess dressing wasn’t pourable; it was like dip. The puff pastry served with loks couldn’t even be cut with a steak knife. Our poached eggs were hard. The noise level inside the was too high. I believe we’ll not be returning. 😔

I really wanted to like this restaurant. However, I was disappointed in the French toast. Turns out not to really be French toast at all. A large block of brioche bread fried on the outside. But cutting into it, it was just unsoaked bread. Very much missed the mark with my expectations.

Fantastic brunch spot with good service and food. Can be a little loud with the consistent large party’s (bachelorettes, birthdays, etc) but overall wonderful spot in Southtown!
