Food was mediocre, our server was great! Pretty slow for a Saturday afternoon so food came out pretty fast.

staff were nice though didn’t see our waiter for long periods of time. i ordered the Flounder and it was over cooked. Overall good, but not great.

Bluewater Grill is one of our favorite restaurants, We love coming here. Unfortunately I didn’t like the Paella. I found it dry and lacking flavor. Everything else was great. I had the Oysters which were so fresh and sweet. My wife had a cup of the clam chowder and it was creamy and delicious. The first course of Patas Bravas was good and we loved the paired Wines. Looking forward to coming back soon to enjoy the regular menu items.

I ordered the Orange Walnut crusted Halibut. The Halibut was a little dry, but the coating, sauce and flavor were good. The scalloped potatoes are always to die for! The asparagus was also good. My husband had the Norway Salmon dinner. The salmon and scalloped potatoes were excellent, but the green beans were very oily. All in all the food was good. We eat here often, and are very seldom disappointed.

The fish and chips are pretty good but over priced. Nothing special. The chopped salad was bland. The cedar plank salmon was bland and oily. The bread and butter was very good as were the scalloped potatoes and green beans. The restaurant is nice but the clientele - a dress code may help. Overpriced food for below average flavors. We won’t be going back but hope a change in Chef’s or owners may help.

I ordered the Captain’s Platter. The fish was very greasy and rubbery. The scallops were under cooked. My side was the risotto, sticky not creamy . I also had the coleslaw, which was put on a hot plate so it was Warm and not cold. My husband had the halibut with roasted potatoes and vegetables and said it was very good.
