    You’re invited to a Lobster Chef’s Tasting event on November 12th, featuring a two-course dinner with succulent Maine lobster. Enjoy an oven-baked Lobster Pot Pie filled with potato, red bell pepper, and onion in a creamy filling topped with a crusty pastry, paired with a glass of Joseph Drouhin Macon-Villages Chardonnay from France. First course choose from Caesar or garden salad, or a cup of housemade New England or Manhattan chowder, to enjoy with a pour of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. This two-course feast with two wine pairings is $55 person, a $70 value.

    My reservation said “birthday” but they never acknowledged it. (It was my 80th!) Warm sourdough bread and softened butter were brought to us soon after we sat down. We both had Lobster Tail which was very large. It tasted good with melted butter (not clarified). Mine seemed to have more membrane than previous tails. The coleslaw was very bland, nothing sweet or acid in dressing . Wine and beer were good. All our glasses were very nice and heavy. The waitress brought us a thick bottle of water with two glasses without asking. Also very good. Desserts were Creme Brulee and generous piece of Key Lime Pie. The coffee was excellent! Fresh ground coffee beans in a large mug. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 2 pm so by the time we were done there were no other customers. We did not like the music at all and it was a little loud. The restaurant is on a very busy street. The patio seating is noisy because of the traffic day and night. This is unfortunate. We enjoyed the interior design and decorations in the dining area and bar. They have a private room for groups which holds 40 people. If one goes there for fish, there are plenty of choices. Otherwise there are only a few.

    well the food was very good, service from the bar was sloooooow, our server Sam would walk by our booth several times never stopping to ask us if we needed anything, i could understand he wouldn't stop when he was carrying something, but 50% of the time he wasn't. it got to where i had to ask another waitress to ask Sam to give us the pleasure of his company. Which she did and he did stop by.

    Had a great first experience at Bluewater Grill in Temecula! The food was all amazing and full of flavor. The fresh sourdough bread is really good too. I will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!

    What a disappointment and a shame for this type of restaurant! Everything started with the bread and butter service. When we tried their butter, it didn't taste anything like butter; just a bitter taste and cheap oil. After we asked our waiter what kind of butter it was and what it actually contained, she said it was European-style butter (which many people would assume is probably something healthy). But I asked her to ask in the kitchen what it was actually made of. She said she would bring the package from the kitchen, but when she came back, she just told us the name: SunGlow European-style butter, which they buy in huge buckets and has nothing to do with real butter. After we read all the ingredients, we were shocked...it's not even butter; it's worse than margarine ingredients. Such a disappointment for a good-looking restaurant that tries to do a nice presentation, but serves such bad quality food. I think customers have the right to know that the butter is not real butter and that they are consuming a bunch of seed oils with fake flavors and colors added. I understand that all kitchens try to optimize costs and use seed oils in cooking, but why would you serve this for bread service? Plus, the crab cakes were the worst experience as well, almost nothing to do with crab meat, mostly just filled with breadcrumbs. After understanding that they are even trying to be cost-effective for a chain restaurant, even on the butter, you can understand that everything served in that restaurant is of the lowest quality and the cheapest ingredients. Is it worth spending that kind of money on that type of food? Definitely not... such a shame.
