   Food was delicious. Lots of interesting dishes and 'adult beverages'. However, the service was extremely slow. We were in the restaurant on a Tuesday night beginning at 7 pm. Normally not a busy dinner time. As the evening wore on, the service got slower. We were going to order dessert, and the server disappeared, and we were the only party still seated in that area of the restaurant. So we just paid the check and left.

   Lovely lunch with friends. Our waiter was fabulous and we loved our salads! The honey graham ice cream was awesome!

    Booked a table for 6 adults & 2 kids last night to celebrate my youngest’s birthday. Bluestone use to be so great so we were excited to go here since it’s been a while. This was actually the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The service was AWFUL. The hosts were extremely unwelcoming, we could barley get waters for our table from our server, we had 0 forks & 0 steak knives, to the point we had to start taking forks from other tables just because our server was gone & never once came to check on us. There were dishes all over the table & no room to eat because no one would come clear plates. Almost every dish came out cold. Every side we asked to be substituted was wrong (simply sub out Brussels for asparagus). No Mac & cheese for the kids that was ordered. The calamari to begin was greasy & the breading was falling off (prior this was one of the best things on the menu). The filet was stringy rubber & GREY on the underside (I’ve never ever experienced a stringy filet. Seems like it was precooked then grilled for 1 second for flavor), the ribeye was about 1/4 inch thick and over cooked. Mind you, this meal cost $500. We saw our server maybe 3 times? He kept apologizing for being so slow but never once asked a manager for assistance or tried to make the experience any better. Our reservation was at 5:30pm, we didn’t leave until 8:00pm. We will not be returning here which is VERY unfortunate because it use to be great.
