This exclusive experience includes return transportation and a 5-course prix fixe dinner for two at BlueBlood Steakhouse in Casa Loma. The experience is $1,000 per couple, $1,800 for parties of 4 if they’re at the same address, $2,000 for two separate pickup/drop off locations, plus 20% grat. and applicable taxes. Dinner reservations are Wednesday to Sunday at 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Our driver will pick you up 30-45 minutes prior to your reservation within radius of 30 minutes drive around Casa-Loma. This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time here, we celebrated our Anniversary, our server Terrence was extremely lovely. He made sure to give us warm wishes as he served our dessert, and even gave us a little gift, which was a nice touch. The gift was a custom Blueblood wine cork. The setting was beautiful and the food was impeccable.

Our server Ryan was friendly, but hardly made an effort to build a relationship with guests he was serving. We got stale croustinis with our Prime Steak Tartar - was rock hard+chewy. We told our server Ryan and he initially tried to excuse the bread as “supposed to be crusty", but we said you couldn't even bite into it. He then asked the kitchen for fresh croustini, which were much better. Had a great experience with Alejandro when he was preparing our table side Caesar. He was great in building a relationship with us and we had nice conversation while he did his thing. We asked for our leftovers to be packed. When the staff returned, he asked if we wanted the bone.. because he threw away the bone of our porterhouse steak, and asked if it was okay? Not sure what response he was expecting from us. We were expecting to have the bone packed as all steakhouses do. There was ample meat on the bone of our $250 steak. When we left, we were waiting for a valet attendant for 10-15 mins. A gentlemen walked by and asked “are you good?”, but was unclear whether he was a staff or a guest as the interaction was so unprofessional. He saw us hold our valet tag and proceeded to walk away and help another guest bring their car around, which was when we realized he was a staff member. After talking to the security guard, he helped us get the valet staff, and that’s when he told us we were supposed to give it to our host, so they could bring the car and have it ready. We were sitting in the outdoor pods, so didn’t have any interaction with the host aside from getting seated. I feel like this was a miss on our server Ryan’s part, as he could’ve asked whether we parked valet when giving us the bill. Marked it was a birthday celebration on the reservation, but no one made a single reference to it. There was no ask from our server if we were celebrating anything. We sat in the pods, which has no heaters, we had to close the doors all night after Ryan, as he would never close it behind him

Our experience at BlueBlood Steakhouse was far from what we expected. We made a reservation two weeks in advance and specifically requested seating at one of the semi-circle couches for just the two of us. When we arrived, we were told those seats are only for groups of five or more. Yet, looking around, most semi-circle seats were occupied by just two people. I guess I should have prepaid with my Amex to get better treatment. It was ridiculous to see that they didn’t honor our reservation or give us a reasonable explanation. Dont expect to be treated like a priority. As for the food and drinks, while everything was technically well-prepared, the pricing was absolutely outrageous. Cocktails were $30 each, and for a bill nearing $500 for just the two of us, the experience was far from worth it. The value just wasn’t there. It's hard to enjoy even the best food when you feel swindled by the cost. Their "Le sauce rouge" was just Ketchup. Like cmon guys. The only redeeming part of the evening was our phenomenal waitress. She was attentive, engaging, and even threw in some fun facts about Casa Loma and its history, which we really appreciated. Kudos to her for making the best out of a bad situation, and she deserves all the praise. The kitchen staff did a good job as well, but the sweltering heat inside the restaurant didn’t help the overall experience.

Food was very good except for the $20 sliced tomato (one) with a drizzle of olive oil. Really?! I get prices are up and BB is high end steak, but what a rip. Waiter removed from bill thankfully . Would suggest that maybe you don’t mark up a tomato by 40X

BlueBloods Steakhouse was enchanting! We selected this location for a business diner but we should have picked the private patios domes. The noise level on the main dining floor was a moderate to high but that’s to be expected on a bumping’ Friday night.
