' ..... Welcome to Bluebird, a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

Best brunch in town hands down. The cozy vibes, incredible servers, and absolutely delicious high quality meal makes this a standout. I had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and they were perfect!! The hashbrowns with any meal are unreal. You won’t be disappointed!!

Not as good as I was expecting. Steak was cooked to well done, nothing was done about this either. The broccoli was horrible. Seats are very close to each other. Only good thing was the drinks and cheese donut appetizer.

Always a great experience at Bluebird. The ambiance is perfect; rustic, chic and moody. The food is fantastic and never misses from breakfast to dinner. We’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant is loud and overpriced. I requested a quiet table when we reserved but that did not happen, nor was there any acknowledgement about it. The table we were seated at was so close to the people on either side of us, the servers kept bumping my husband as they tried to serve the other tables. The steak my husband ordered was $67 and it was nothing special. There were no side dishes that came with it, and the potatoes and vegetables cost another 26 dollars. The broccolini we ordered was doused with wood smoke flavouring which made a beautiful vegetable inedible. Very disappointed in the Bluebird Cafe and will not recommend it to anyone.

Went here for a good breakfast before starting our tours for the day. My family & I all ordered different plates & shared. Everything was wonderful! Also loved the fireplace & the sunrise mimosa!

Absolutely fabulous! The ambience and vibe werr wonderful and the food was amazing. Two people at our table ordered the French onion soup and once they shared a taste, two others then ordered it. The rib eyes were delicious, peppercorn steaks great and every side we had (mushrooms, mashed potatoes and broccolini) was terrific. Our server, Shelby was so nice and very attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening!

We had a great experience. Food was excellent, atmosphere was outstanding and we lucked out with server, Morgan, who guided us through the menu options and provided great service.
