Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

Our reservation was 6:15. Party of 8. Outside. Asked 3 times to have table top gas fireplace lit due to the cold. Food came 8:00. And when food came, half of it was not even hot (or warm). Some of the food was not cooked properly. We even had to ask where our food was. Several tables that came in at least 45 mins after us, had food served first. Initially, our waitress was attentive, jovial but after another table of 3 came in beside us, we basically had little to no contact with her. We had asked her twice to have table fireplace lit, and still had to ask another waiter. We had asked for water from her and still had to Ask another waiter. Also, our entire table’s bill together was approximately $750 and the automatic gratuity, in our opinion, was not honestly earned by our waitress. We have no issue with paying even 20% or more if service reflects the offered gratuity.

Had a great meal! The thick bacon app lowered the stars for us. But everything else is good :)

With a reservation, we (2) were seated at a small table next to a wall. There were several other tables available when we first sat down and were still open when we left. It took 90 minutes to have our entree in front of us. Our server checked in with us once when not serving a beverage of the one salad. Disappointing experience after reading great reviews.
