' ..... Welcome to Bluebird, a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

Beautiful cozy place with really good service and the food was amazing. It was the perfect spot to celebrate Christmas Eve

Food was outstanding and well worth the price, just seemed a bit petty, at these prices, to charge an extra $6 for the steak sauce. The service was flawless, Christine was very attentive without being intrusive, really added to the experience. The decor is lovely and very welcoming. Highly recommend for memorable night out.

Absolutely, insanely, good. You cannot understand, how good this restaurant is, until you eat here. It has never disappointed, unlike your in laws! Ahahaha. Jk. In all honestly, everything is great, we’ve always been happy, and we’ll come back, every time we’re in town.

The have the best brunch in Banff! We had the soufflé pancakes and the eggs Benedict with mushrooms instead of ham. Both were amazing. The mimosas are the best!!!

Great end to a beautiful day in the wonderland that is Banff. Food was spectacular. Service was awesome and a wonderful overall experience. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our experience from making the reservation and making adjustments to the time was so easy and the hostess was very accommodating. We have been on the road and this trip is our anniversary trip celebrating our marriage. The steering was a great spot where we could view the outside as well as see the fireplace and view the kitchen. The staff had left a cheers to our anniversary card on our table, very thoughtful. Our waitress, Christine, was absolutely wonderful. She made great recommendations and made sure that my food allergies did not affect my ability to enjoy the dishes. She made sure our servers explained every dish and what was safe for me to enjoy and the other dishes that had ingredients that I was allergic to, she made sure it was deconstructed so I could still enjoy the dish and my husband could enjoy the dish with the accoutrements. The steak was perfectly cooked. My husband and I ordered it medium rare but he asked for it to be a little bit on the medium side so there was A crisp on the outside layer but still pink/red in the center. I would also like to add that the carrot cake, by far the best we have had.
