' ..... Welcome to Bluebird, a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

Had a great meal! The thick bacon app lowered the stars for us. But everything else is good :)

If it's your first time try the Fondue. Very good and something different. Shareable for two who don't need a huge dinner. Get the Prime Rib option. Key Lime pie was amazing!

Such a perfect meal for being in the Canadian Rockies! Gorgeous restaurant, every detail was wonderful from the tables, lamps, bar, bartender, wait staff, highly recommend the Fondue happy hour with the Sirloin steak!!

Best steak we had during our holidays in Canada and excellent recommendation for an outstanding Canadian Cabernet Sauvignon combined with excellent service. We couldn't ask for more!

Very nice setting and comfortable seating . Food was high quality, vegetables were a little over seasoned. Prime rib and steak were very good.

Not a pleasant host. Waitress was better. Had roast beef and very fatty. Wife had a steak and it was perfect. Potato’s warm not hot.

Food and service were terrific! Morgan was an A+ server and her recommendations were spot on. Strongly recommend the crab Caesar, Swiss Fondue and 8pm filet! All were great and will return the next time in Banff.
