Fantastic European Brunch, you can’t find anywhere else in Houston. Finally a place with authentic central European Dishes. The Ambient is charming, friendly service. Big parking lot. We will return for Dinner.

My friends and I went there for HRW 2024 for brunch. We noted the menu listed on the HRW website was different than the menu that was actually handed to us there. Hoping for the salmon but didn't see it on the menu 2 of us settled on the breakfast schnitzel, and one go the German breakfast. The second course 2 of us chose the crepes, and one got the apple foster french toast. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our dishes although the mushroom sauce was a little different than where I had else where. My friend's apple foster french toast was excellent as well. I enjoyed the music choice during our brunch the whole time. The only improvement I can offer is to bring all of our dishes at the same time. My friend waited about 10 more minutes before she got her apple foster french toast after our crepes arrived. I will definitely be back to try the regular menu.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Blue Tuba. We were there during Houston Restaurant Week so our food choices were limited. But our meal was tasty and the environment is cool. We will be back!

Cute dining area and friendly service. Everything we ordered was delicious. I recommend the Mules Frites appetizer, the broth is yummy and the fries are habit-forming.

Great fusion of cuisine; really enjoyed their takes on EuroTex! Nice remodel from the old Harolds and great place to eat/drink before a show at The Heights Theater!

Blue Tuba is a true taste of Europe. Slovak Mac & Cheese, Schnitzel and Polish Taco were delicious. Like the Mac & Cheese and Schnitzel, the Czech special - pork, red cabbage and dumpling - tasted just like the dishes in Europe. The food was excellent along with the service.

The goulash with spaetzle is excellent. Enjoyed the polish taco appetizer. Nice selection of wines by the glass and a good bar.
