There was a slight delay due to a technical issue that slowed too many people to book the same time but it was resolved fairly quickly. I’ve visited several times and never had a similar issue, but as always the food and service was excellent!

Everything was great only complaint would be the parking outside. And somehow we forgot to get our deserts before we left probably the same bombs

I had a great time there. I used restaurant week as an excuse to treat myself for lunch.

It was restaurant week on a Saturday evening. A great crowd. My courses came out more and more slowly as the meal progressed. The kitchen was overwhelmed. Food quality stayed consistent. I was seated at 4:30 and didn’t get out until 6:15 pm. It was just me so the order wasn’t complicated.

As usual, had an amazing meal for Restaurant week. However, I do miss the RW menu's from the past 3-4 years, which included sushi.

No need to make a reservation. They make you wait 20-25 minutes anyways. People without reservations were sat before us, at better tables. We were placed by the door so we had to wear our coats at the table, waited even longer for water, then we were told that sushi would take another hour or so. The waitress was kind and apologetic. 10/10 from her. We understand it is a holiday, but the restaurant seemed to have taken on too much with people upset about take outs, limited seating etc. willing to try again, but this round was disappointing.

We made a reservation for 6:30 pm. We arrived and checked in at 6:22pm. There was a long wait and we were told even with a reservation that it would still be a 20 minute wait. We waited and saw everyone around us get seated with no attempt to seat us. My boyfriend went to verify that the host had checked us in and he stated that he called my name. We were standing about 5 feet from him and neither of us heard him. Instead, he took another couple that said or agreed they were me. There was no attempt to check in with us after we were the only ones standing there. We were seating promptly after. Then the waiter came to the table to take drink orders and let us know that raw rolls were taking up to an hour due to being short staffed. I feel like this should have been stated when checking in as we didn’t have much of a chance to go somewhere else after the wait and being seated later. This was the second time at this location and long wait have been consistent. I will be going be going back to the power and light location.
