We are regulars at Blue Sake. We had never tried the calamari and were shocked at the portion and choice of tempura veggies. Per usual the drinks were absolutely delicious. The service is always spot on and our meal always comes out quickly even when the restaurant is busy.

Had an amazing time for my husband's birthday. We appreciate the card. This was our first time dining here, and we will definitely be back. This is now our favorite Sushi restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Busy night downtown with a show at the T Mobile and the Chiefs viewing at P&L but the team at Blue Sushi got us right in and seated comfortably with our reservation. Our meals were great and hit the spot for some lighter fare. Food, although sounds simple on the menu, is always so surprisingly complex with great depth from those simple ingredients. Thank you to the team at Blue Sushi, we will return!

We visited Kansas City and this location every single day of our recent trip to KC, that’s how incredible the food, employees, and atmosphere were! Some of the best sushi and THE best vegan sushi we’ve ever had. Tried new rolls every day! I can’t thank you all enough for the wonderful experiences you gave us, and we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you to Laney, Brennan, Caysee, Jasmine, Justin, Jan, and everyone working at this location! Must try the Brussels sprouts and charred edamame, and there wasn’t a single roll of sushi we didn’t like and devour! They also have a wonderful vegan chocolate torte for dessert!
