The food was perfect. We ordered the hot stone beef, it was delivered on a searing hot cast iron. It was quite the display. It would be a really cool dish to impress out of town guests. All of the sushi and cocktails were beautiful and delicious. I expected a more formal atmosphere and was a bit overdressed, but I didn’t feel out of place. It’s totally cool to dress casually, and your experience will still feel special at sushi blue. The decor is super colorful and pleasing. We had a really great meal. Servers were friendly and attentive.

We enjoy Blue Sushi! We have a great experience each time. The food is fresh, drinks top notch and service is excellent. Jennifer is our favorite server. So attentive and sweet.

We dined for our son-in-law's birthday. The service was very good and the food was very enjoyable. I was a little disappointed that, even though I made note that this was a special occasion, we were not acknowledged for this. Often times restaurants will at least say something and maybe even offer a dessert. But overall we were very happy with the dinner and experience.

We dined here with friends for New Year’s Eve, with it being the first time at Blue Sushi for all of us! Everything we tried was delicious and we loved the environment. Music was a perfect level, drinks were tasty, and menu was extensive! We will definitely be back!
