Great food. Best sushi in Kentucky. A server, Parker, was on top of everything and made really good recommendations.

Waitress was very slow, only showed us the total and asked us for our card, had to be asked for refills.

We did not have a good experience. Food was not very good - roll with tempura shrimp - tempura shrimp was either not freshly cooked or not cooked all the way. Sashimi was just okay and stacked so high on the bed of something and fell off the plate. Service was slow. So for the price (which was high) - this was not good. We won’t give it another try.

We were in town for UK Family Weekend and came here to celebrate our daughter’s freshman year at UK and my husband’s birthday. Our waitress took our drink order, then came back with appetizer plates and took our appetizer order. We ordered a bottle of wine and dat for 20 minutes when the cucumber salad came out. 5 minutes later another server brought our already opened bottle of wine and 2 glasses, set them on the table and. Said here’s your wine. My husband and I couldn’t understand how the server wouldn’t even pour our wine. He just walked away. Really odd service. After my husband poured our wine our waitress came by and asked if we got other appetizer and she said oh it’s probably been sitting in the counter I’ll go get it. When she finally brought it was cold Rangoons and when we told her they were cold she brought us another order even though we said we didn’t want another order. She acted very rude and bold, not apologetic. We waited 40 minutes for 3 rolls and my daughter sat with an empty glass of water as our waitress took care of other tables having conversations and complementing them while she repeatedly skipped our table whip holding a pitcher of water. We finally got another server to get us water and our waitress came by and while smiling made a comment in a rude tone that oh someone must have beat her to it. We finally got our bill and she said manager was busy but he might be able to approve removing the 1 appetizer from the total. She shouldn’t be giving us the bill if this was the case. I could somewhat see if she was new but her tone and little rude comments were on purpose for whatever reason. We go to our local Blue Sushi in Naperville, IL and have always loved the service and food. This server to be able to talk to us the way she did when we paid 100. for dinner is completely unacceptable. We’ve never been treated so badly by a server before. Obviously we won’t be returning to this location.
