I'm such a fan of Blue Sushi anyway, but how they're celebrating Veganary with a different $5 roll each week in January makes my heart happy!

We enjoyed the flavorful variety of maki and the nice cuts of nigiri, and we also had some good appetizers. While the sake menu wasn’t overwhelming, there were some nice offerings that paired well with our meal. Our server (Kamryn) was friendly and managed our table well despite chaotic service from the kitchen at times. The restaurant was was pretty busy and loud, so this may not be an ideal spot for a quiet, romantic meal. I would recommend double checking your bill for accuracy, as we had some discrepancies that needed to be addressed.

Blue Sushi is always one of our go-to Austin favorites! We've been several times and we'll keep coming back. The food is delicious and it's a fairly good value, particularly compared to most other Austin restaurants. Service has always been great for us and it has a fun, lively atmosphere.

We love coming here but weirdly we had made reservations but arrived early . We were told that due to the high level of customers there were tables ready and we would have to wait to be seated closer to our reservation but we could grab a drink at the bar. As we sat and ordered a drink, our confusion came when others walked in and we can over hear that at least 2 to 3 of the parties had no reservations were told that they would be seated in about 10 -15 minutes no problem. We were a bit confused as to why walk ins were being seated with no issue but reservations were being told there was no room to be sat early. This could be a reservation thing or a walk in thing, again I am not in the industry so I am not sure. After we saw this happen at least 3 times, We decided to talk with the other hostess who very nicely stated that they could definitely accommodate the fact that we were early and sat us right away. This has never to us before so it certainly does not deter us from eating here because the place is amazing and the service is great.

Wonderful experience. Amazing food and drinks. A little slow but that’s understandable for a Friday night, also if you’re here for a date night then slow service isn’t such a bad thing.

Always an amazing time here. Savannah is the best waitress and took exceptional care of us. My second time having her as a waitress and she is the best! Food was fresh and on point. Love this place. And that ultimate margarita never disappoints!!! 🙃

The vegan sushi available was unbelievable delicious and diverse. We weren’t burning for choices and the selected rolls we had were incredibly delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more.
