Service was poor. Not good main waitress..attitude not service oriented....rest of team good but main waitress weird and forgetful. Food was decent.

We enjoyed out visit and were pleased that 6 of us had no issues getting separate checks since we all were paying our own way and it gets too confusing when splitting checks. The service was great and the waitress exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed the food, I had a salmon sandwich which was delicious! Those who had the soup didn't like the cheese on top (some sort of tomato-based soup, not French Onion, but had just as much cheese on it as French Onion and didn't work well with that soup!). Otherwise, they were satisfied with their sandwiches and salads. Overall, a very nice atmosphere... we sat inside due to rain, but I've also sat outside and enjoyed the patio.

A little hard to find, but worth the effort. Nice drinks and atmosphere, and really good food and service (attentive without being intrusive). Low-key excellence.

We enjoyed our meal and service. Not sure where the best place to park, but once inside the staff was friendly and helpful. The menu was good. I had the cheesesteak special, the shrimp tacos were very good as well. The ice cream dessert was shared and devoured. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere was chill with TV's. I will be back during football/basketball season.

Food was great, but service left a lot to be desired. Server was distracted, would pass the table and ask if we needed anything without slowing down long enough to hear an answer, and just dropped our food and drinks on the table and left immediately. The restaurant was busy, but they were well staffed and definitely not busy enough to warrant poor service. I’ve been here many times and service was always good, so hopefully this was just an off night.

We 3 got great service, advice on drinks (do try the marvellous Mule!), help with the menu (first time) and were happy with our burgers and cheesesteak.

Great staff! Will eat here again. We were a table of 8 and we were able to have a great meal together with good conversation.

The food was good, the servers were good, only knock food took a long time to arrive at my table. Severs apologize and explain the kitchen help shortage.

This was a terrible experience. Made a reservation for 11 and was there right at 11 when they opened. They had 2 large parties and said they were short staffed. However, we were told our order was one of the first in. Got our food at about 12:10. An hour for 2 omelets and a breakfast sandwich. The food was not good. Omelet was like a pancake egg folded over that just had ingredients thrown inside. It was not cooked together. Almost like it had all been microwaved. Didn't think you could screw up an omelet that bad. Also had a steak breakfast sandwich. Egg was not even cooked through. Will never go back.
