Blue Ribbon Sushi is a vibrant Japanese restaurant and sushi bar located near Fenway Park in Kenmore Square, serving outstanding Japanese cuisine based in tradition and passion, including nigiri, sashimi, and chef-crafted maki rolls, all made with a selection of fresh fish flown in daily from the Sea of Japan, the Pacific Ocean, and local New England waters. The sushi bar selections are complimented by grilled mains including A5 Wagyu offerings. Our curated beverage list features a variety of sake selections, Japanese micro-brews, wines from California and Europe, premium Japanese whiskey and an assortment of imaginative house cocktails.

Amazing dining experience. From the hostess upon arrival, the upbeat and knowledgeable waitstaff, to the beautiful presentation. Every little facet of this meal was a delight. We tried the tuna tartare- soooo good. The avocado in the California roll was perfectly ripe, the sushi rice was not mushy - everything was just perfection. Cannot wait to go again!!

Service was quick and amazing. The dishes were well put together and got us wanting to return eventually.

Our waiter Todd was amazing. He was energetic, made great recommendations, and the food was over the top good. Can’t wait to come back again, and will definitely be requesting Todd as our server!

They are generally wonderful and specifically they were super understanding about allergies and professional! Their food is delicious but their vegetarian roles are also especially good.

We asked the sushi chefs what was good and followed their recommendations for some wonderful sashimi. The sake that was recommended paired nicely with everything. Finally, we really appreciated the miso soup with the miso you mix in yourself so it doesn’t boil too much. Thanks for a great evening!

We loved our waiter Hotty Toddy! And the food was phenomenal.... lychee martini was delicious!
