Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is a vibrant Japanese restaurant and sushi bar.

We proudly offer traditional Sushi & Sashimi dishes as well as entrees from our hot kitchen, including Japanese Grilled Short Ribs, Oxtail Fried Rice, BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, Salmon Tobanyaki, and our famous Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken.

We are nestled inside the historic Plymouth Hotel 1 block from the Miami Beach Convention Center and across the street from the Bass Museum of Art.

We offer seating indoors at the lobbby bar, sushi bar and dining room as well as outdoor seating under our covered canopy or poolside alfresco.

This is our first time to Miami Beach. After doing some research, we picked to go to the blue ribbon, sushi bar, and Grill due to the reviews and how close it was to our hotel. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous you have the option to sit outside or inside. The service was good. They were just a little busy. We had prosciutto peppers and two sushi rolls for dinner. They were fantastic. The bar drinks were solid. Everything in Miami Beach is more expensive than you think. The value was there.

Love Blue Ribbon and visit wherever we find them. South Beach was the best thus far. Sushi was supreme and of course can’t beat the fried chicken. Our server was attentive and responsive.

Rachel, the hostess, was lovely and SO accommodating for our large group. We had a beautiful table outside and the service and food were fantastic! I highly recommend!

Seating outdoor by the pool was relaxed and easy for conversation. Excellent quality and choice of sushi!

The food was good. Not anything special for sushi. Pricey. No happy hour unless you sit at the very crowded bar. Drinks were good.

This place is AMAZING! The sautéed green beans, tempura shrimp, hamachi, Japanese short ribs, and fried chicken with wasabi honey are all fabulous. The hostess Rachel and the whole team made this dining experience so memorable we came back twice. The ambiance by the outdoor pool and the music give it a relaxed, fun vibe. If you want delicious food in a chill setting this is a great place to dine.
