Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Blue Ribbon Sushi is amazing! It is a bit pricey, but the food and the staff are outstanding. This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants inside Red Rock Casino.

Our server, Wee was excellent! Very attentive, efficient and friendly! Ordered the chirashi bowl was wonderful w/ rice and generous amount of seafood. Also, the short ribs … so tender, no knife needed, accompanied sweet potato puree, very tasty. And the sushi combo also great! Definitely will return.

The overall experience was a 5 with food being awesome. Just a warning if you have a bad back the wood bench’s with no cushions are a killer and the booths are very tight not a lot of room. Best to get a table were half the chairs are cushioned.

Solid sushi spot. All sushi was great but hamachi and toro were melt on your mouth delicious! The mushroom fried rice was notable. We tried their “popular” fried chicken dish and I wasn’t too impressed. Not bad at all, but just nothing exciting. Will definitely stick with mostly sushi/sashimi options next time. Would definitely recommend for an off-strip dinner option.

Never disappoints. We did the restaurant week menu and was expecting smaller portions but everything was great and larger portions than anticipated. Pleasantly surprised and everything was fresh and tasty!!

I always have an amazing experience at Blue Ribbon Sushi. Today I took advantage of their Restaurant Week menu which was four courses for $60. Admittedly the items offered weren’t at the top of my list as they have so many amazing dishes on their menu but it was a great value. I’ll definitely be dining there again.
