Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. The service at first was great when I sat, then my friend arrived and we waited a very long time to order. The food came out quicker than the time it took to place the order. Although we received a discount, but was stressful. We had a concert to get to in an hour and we received our food around 7:15 pm and concert at 8 pm. We made reservation 2 hours prior. Granted my friend arrived around 6:20 pm.

This was a great place to come and celebrate. We were almost in and out in an hour with how quickly they were able to serve us.

Staff was great food was very good but the blue ribbon roll not worth the price.

Always great sashimi, and the teriyaki salmon was perfectly cooked. Friendly service, too.

Well they change the menu again, and I can tell you it’s absolutely wonderful! Much better than the last one. The quality is excellent and now the prices are in line with what you’re getting. I took my friend there for the first time and he had a wonderful experience. Mark stopped by the table to ask how things were going and I told him how happy I was about the new menu. Great dining experience.

Another incredible dinner at Blue Ribbon Red Rock. Hosts, service, beverages, and food were all A+++. Short rib was cooked perfectly and I always indulge in my favorite dessert in Las Vegas The Ginger Bread Pudding!!! Definitely returning again soon. Thank you. 😊

We love Blue Ribbon. We got the Sushi Platter, the Oxtail Fried Rice, and the Wagyu Burger and everything was so fresh and delicious. Some of the best and freshest sushi I’ve had!

Blue Ribbon Sushi is amazing! It is a bit pricey, but the food and the staff are outstanding. This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants inside Red Rock Casino.
