The food and service were amazing. We ordered the miso soup, shrimp tempura, Chirashi, hamachi and unagi nigiri. Every dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared and arranged. The waiter was attentive to all our requests and a consummate professional. We will definitely be back!

Our server (Ben) was Fantastic! So personable and helpful. We knew we wanted the Oxtail Fried Rice (it's our fave), but we weren't sure which roll to order. We selected a couple and Ben helped us decide. He was not wrong. We will be back since we are locals and I hope to sit in Ben's section again.

I made a reservation based on previous reviews. Sadly, our experience did not meet our expectations. The staff seemed pleasant yet our waitress was very confusing in explaining different items on the menu. Part of this was the fact it was very loud in the restaurant with the music and I he bass levels very high. In fact, near the end of dinner, it got even louder because another group of diners were having to talk over the music bringing our area to a roar. With all of this, the sushi was ok, nothing exceptional. Vegas has quite a few options for very good sushi and the fare here was rather pedestrian. I cannot recommend Blue Ribbon and paid far too much for an average meal. Disappointed.

I’m going to be honest. We have eaten at a lot of great places and Blue Ribbon Sushi is last on the list. They sat us in the very back, the service was minimal and the sushi was not how they hype it. It did not look fresh. We got 9 rolls and 2 appetizers and the burger and fries for my grandson which was the best thing we got. Our bill was $245!! I will not recommend this place! I Love Sushi is much better with more pieces in their orders and not as costly!

We were greeted at the door and seated immediately by two very professional and personable hosts. Our waiter was Jay and he was so much fun. He explained the menu, took note of our preferences and helped us order a fabulous dinner of sushi, fried rice, and edamame. We also had green tea crème brûlée for dessert. Jay also explained the greeting that the staff shouted as you enter the restaurant. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would encourage people to make the time to experience this restaurant.

Food and service are always excellent. We come frequently. Only drawback is that our Stations Boarding Pass is never properly credited for the meal and requires a special trip to the Rewards desk to obtain the points.
