Menu is really weird. Nothing goes together so it’s hard to make a compiled dinner. Sushi, ceviche, lobster rolls, pasta, Chinese food? Regardless, it was all delicious. Just expensive and hard to love/crave.

The food here was great. Desserts and drinks were phenomenal too with many different options. However, the service needs to be better. The waiters weren’t able to be spotted, and did not check on the table for long periods of time. If the service was better I would’ve gladly gave this place 5 stars

Everything from start to finish was excellent. The decor is phenomenal, very chic!! The menu had great variety and the food and drinks are to die for! The staff was on top of everything and provided impeccable service, VIP service from the second you walk through the door. Looking forward to going back!

Had a beautiful dinner last night. Place is just amazing. Food is delicious, presentation is great and service is outstanding. It’s on a pricey side but well worth it.

My wife and I tried Blue Pearl for our anniversary dinner and could not have enjoyed it more. Food wise, we sampled as much as we could, starting with the crab cake and the mini lobster bisque rolls with some cocktails. For our mains, we had the crab cavatelli and the halibut while sharing a side of the mille feuille potatoes. For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée trio and spicy pineapple sundae. Everything was delicious - a nice balance of Asian-inspired and traditional American flavors. Service was impeccable as well - we were treated so warmly by the entire staff, received everything quickly and efficiently, and even received complimentary champagne to celebrate the occasion. The atmosphere was fantastic - bright, upscale decor with a great view of the coastline and bridge/river. Overall, a wonderful experience and great new addition from Chef Peter Botros.

First timer .. it was amazing. The owner/chef came out to greet tables. The manager checked on us numerous times and offered to give us a tour of the upstairs event space. All staff was exceptionally professional, and food was 20/10

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Service, ambiance and food was spectacular. Great addition to Staten Island. Fabulous restaurant !!!!
