Le restaurant Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern propose une expérience unique. Cette majestueuse cabane en rondins, vestige de ceux qui habitaient les parcs nationaux de l'Ouest, se trouve au sommet d'un bloc de grès jaune, dans un endroit des plus improbables : Twinsburg, Ohio. Il accueille les convives prudents à s'échapper de la routine quotidienne, tout en appréciant les créations culinaires du chef exécutif primé Brandt Evans. Vous pourrez y goûter une cuisine américaine créative dans l'une des six salles à manger décorées sur le thème de la nature qui constituent en elles-mêmes une destination gastronomique unique, de la splendeur de la grande salle à l'intimité de la terrasse couverte. So loud I couldn’t hear my date. I even asked for somewhere quiet and was put next to kitchen. Food and service did not match the price. Disappointing..

It would be nice if you could pick what section you'd like to sit in on the reservation. I put The Tavern in the comments, but they said there were no tables when we got there ( at 5:00, and there were open tables).

Scott was great and provided wonderful service. Bar drinks were slow. Other than that nice atmosphere. A little loud. Would come back

We visit Blue Canyon fairly often and always have great service. On this evening the staff seemed to be a little stressed although our server Neil was excellent. We will definitely be back as the food is always delicious.

My wife and I went for Cleveland restaurant week, and had an exceptional dining experience. Our server Bob was very personable, and spaced the timing of the food quite well. While we were here we saw that Blue Canyon is having a wild game dinner. We made reservations for that, so we'll be back again next week.

We always enjoy our evenings at Blue Canyon, but this past Saturday we had the best meal we have ever had there. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic, as did the potatoes, green beans and caesar salad. The winter cosmo was fabulous, as was the vanilla ice cream. We look forward to going to BC again soon!
