Le restaurant Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern propose une expérience unique. I ordered your special bone in steak, Medium Rare, for $65.00. My Wife ordered Swordfish. My steak was Medium Well to Well done when it arrived at the table. My Wife's Swordfish came to her over-cooked and Dry. Our Waiter offered me a Filet Mignon which I asked to be cooked Medium Rare. It was delivered Medium Well to Well done. I requested the Check. No sense going 0 for 3 on food. You may want to Get a cook that understands how to cook a piece of beef. This event was costly. Our Waiter was exceptionally kind, understanding and extremely apologetic. I would not recommend Blue Canyon for a steak. My 1st bad experience with your establishment.

The menu selections were small compared to what they used to be, and some of what was offered was a bit “fru fru.” I do have to say the salmon with mashed potato and green beans was very good, two others in my group had the same and liked it as well.

We had a very nice time at Blue Canyon Resturant, the ambiance is attractive, the service was very good and the food excellent. A great time was had by all in my party. We will definitely be back!

We sat outside on the patio. It was a perfect evening. We started with the Brussels sprouts. They were great. My husband had the Elk and he hasn’t stopped talking about how outstanding it was. He can’t wait to come back. 😊 I had salad with flank steak. The steak was like butter and very flavorful. You’ll see us again soon.

Blue Canyon is one of our favorite restaurants. The team members are friendly and helpful in making dinner and drink recommendations. Scott was extremely helpful even when I called him by the wrong name (Sorry Scott). His recommendation of the Chicken & Shrimp, Elk Special and the Banana Foster Donut Holes was delicious! We look forward to our next visit!
