Liberty Entertainment Group's 2024 project in the iconic Union Station. Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. Honouring the integrity of local and natural elements, the restaurant's ethos is expressed both through the commitment to local menu ingredients on the plate and local and natural material honesty in the design.

Ordered the 28 day aged USDA bonein ribeye and was extremely disappointed. Steak took one hour to come to the table and was extremely overcooked with a lot of connective tissue .

The overall dining experience (service, selection, quality of food) was one of the best we’ve ever had. Boys and the team were attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly.

We had shared the US Prime Rib 14oz with Mushrooms, Fries & Red Wine Au Jus. It was a spectacular night as it was our Anniversary! Needless to say my girlfriend loved the entire night! Thank you Blue Bovine Team

Nous avons absolument adoré ce restaurant en tout points. Il sera définitivement notre restaurant favori lors de nos passage à Toronto. Le service est parfait, la nourriture incroyable. J'adore ce resto !!

The Somalia was rude. Steak was terrible. The Caesar Salad was worse. The seafood tower was an ant hill. Been to may restaurants in Toronto and around the world. Not impressed. Very disappointed. Unless they bring the leaf and raptors player they will never succeed.

Had a great experience dining here. Beautiful decor and ambiance. Food was delicious, very generous portions. The staff waited on our table and cleaned the table after every meal. The bathrooms are stunning. Overall great experience.

Luca prepares one of the best martini’s at the bar. Food was delicious and service was good. Great place to meet before a game.
