Liberty Entertainment Group's 2024 project in the iconic Union Station. Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. Honouring the integrity of local and natural elements, the restaurant's ethos is expressed both through the commitment to local menu ingredients on the plate and local and natural material honesty in the design.

Blue Bovine is a lively spot - lots of things to look at. You may be waiting a bit because it is a busy spot, so enjoy the scenery and the cacophony.

Sat at the lounge before a Raptors game. We had cocktails and a bottle of wine from the half price happy hour menu and two course prix fixe meals from the regular menu. Drinks, food and service were all wonderful. This is great pre-game option in addition to the Scotiabank restaurants.

Came there for a bite after a Leafs win. The server was very friendly and pleasant. We ordered several items from the sushi menu along with a few appetizers and drinks. The soft shell crab sushi and the yellowtail maki was out of this world! I have had sushi in Japan, New York and BC and this one takes the prize. It is medium to high priced, but worth it if you are looking for quality delicious food. Great place before or after a game, or a nice date night, or outing with friends.

Great ambiance and decor. We went for the 1st time on my birthday and they gave us great service. The food was good but pricey so if you're looking to spend then definitely worth a try. We all shared a few different apps and they were all good. Especially the thinly sliced beef, oysters, and short-rib ravioli! Will have to go back to sample their entrees!

Great place to go before your next game or event. Seafood is gigantic and prepared very well.

What a happpening place, the vibe and the service was amazing, recommend the surf n turf, sushi was Devine!
