Dans un cadre redécoré alliant le rustique et le moderne, le Blue Bell Inn propose un menu américain contemporain, avec des coupes de viandes de qualité, des fruits de mer frais et un bar à aliments crus caractéristique. Une terrasse dallée ouverte en saison est disponible sur demande pour des repas en plein air. En 2013, le Blue Bell Inn a subi d'importants travaux de rénovation pendant plus d'un an. Divers aspects historiques ont été mis en valeur grâce à une restauration soigneusement réfléchie. De nouveaux matériaux, tels que du chêne blanc massif et des carreaux de porcelaine, ont été introduits pour créer une superbe combinaison d'architecture couvrant trois siècles.

The food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent. The waitress was very good. However, the serving staff needs some lessons in serving the food and taking away the plates . Also, I made this reservation confirmed via text confirmed via phone call and confirmed via email , but then I received a notification from OpenTable that I was a no-show. This was a mistake and very frustrating. Three of us ate at the restaurant so I don’t know why they thought we were a no-show. They checked us in with my last name.

As far as the error with OpenTable, one of our hosts accidentally pressed an incorrect button at the end of the night to clear OpenTable for the next day. We're sorry for the mistake! Blue Bell Inn never disappoints. The food is excellent and the service is usually quite good. Blue Bell is a great place for a special occasion or just a reliably good lunch or dinner.

This is one of several outstanding recommendations that I’ve given for the Blue Bell Inn. It is by far my favorite restaurant in the Philadelphia region. It has an amazing history going back to the 1700s. I remember my parents taking me here in the 1960s and now that I moved back to Philadelphia. It is again by far my favorite restaurant. This evening I had a Caesar salad followed by sea bass. The entrée was piping hot and absolutely delicious. They give very large portions. For dessert I had their roasted cinnamon pears with vanilla ice cream. I practically licked the plate. The rooms are beautiful. Different rooms give a different atmosphere. The service is immaculate. I’ve simply never had a bad meal or experience at this terrific spot. Congratulations to Mr. Bruce Goodman on all of his success at the Blue Bell Inn.

Well, our service was very good. I felt like the food was very underwhelming. we decided to go here for our anniversary because we had heard very good things. It wasn't that the food was bad. I've just had better.
