There was no outside seating even though Open Table said there was. Poor service at best, had it not been for the wonderful hostess, I’m not sure we would have gotten waited on, and it wasn’t even full. This place is out of business but just hasn’t noticed it yet. Find you another spot to eat because this isn’t the place

Worst experience possible! We had to send our food back THREE times after the third time it was still morbid. We also ordered oysters because that’s supposedly their specialty (LMAO) that in itself was a joke; we waited over an hour for oysters all for the manger to come and tell us the oyster guy had left for the night and requested we chose something else on the menu to be charged for in its place!

we both had the blacken red fish it was very very salty and the gumbo was schach very bland had to send back… drinks was good

Don’t be drawn in by the music. The famous clams are overcooked and terrible. The fish is salt. And over cooked. The wait staff is over worked and they are understaffed. Don’t go

The food was amazing that we did get. Unfortunately we never got our Oysters which was very disappointing because we were doing an oyster crawl that day. The waiter didn’t ask if we still wanted them he just canceled because it took so long. Overall the music was wonderful and the restaurant gave chill vibes. I will definitely be coming back when I go back to New Orleans.

They were way understaffed. Sat for 20 minutes and had to flag down people to even get water to drink. Finally had this sweet waiter from Jersey. He was the only positive thing that night. The check in system was awful. I felt sorry for the Hostess. She had to make people mad. I will not go back.

Horrible experience! Don’t walk but run, I rarely give reviews but this place was a 0/10 would not recommend. First of all even though you have reservations you have to wait and the line is out the door. The hostess was really nice but clearly overwhelmed. We finally get seated and the wait continues. I think we waited about 20 mins for our waiter to even come see us, he left and came back with waters and wasted 2 cups on my friend. She was drenched. Then he was gone another 20 mins I guess to give us more waters which never came. He then took our order and we only ordered apps bc the wait was so long we just really wanted some good gumbo. That took forever to come out and when it did it was disgusting. The waiter ended up leaving early and pointed us to another waitress to check us out. She never came so at this point we had to get the manager. We told him everything that happened and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t and messed up the ticket so we still ended up paying for this horrible meal and service. Hopefully your experience isn’t as bad but don’t waste your money, 0/10.

Coke machine didn’t work. Didn’t have iced coffee even though it was listed on menu. Server was very kind but despite being 4 out of the 10 patrons there, food took forever to get out to us.

Blue Bayou was everything and then some! The food was amazing. The service was top tier! The drinks were strong and the entertainment was phenomenal! It was a whole vibe that I thoroughly enjoyed on my solo dinner outing!
