Well first let me say how beautiful this place is on the outside as well as the inside. I made reservations for two at 9:15pm on a Saturday. This was for my anniversary and reservations were made a week in advance. When I arrived at 9:25 pm our table wasn’t ready. The place was very packed. Not the romantic vibe I was looking for but however still beautiful. We waited for about 15-20 to be seated. Not to bad. I got annoyed when I ask the front desk hostess “how much longer was the wait” being that we did have reservations. She gave me nothing but attitude over a simple question. She definitely almost ruined the beauty of this place with her attitude. Also when we got escorted to our table we was told to wait before we sat down. We were just standing looking at an empty table while the hostess communicated with the other hostess, I guess about the seating. We ended up not sitting at the table that the hostess walked us to. After standing at an empty table for about five minutes, we were walk to another table which was way less romantic then the first option,not to mention I left a note on my reservations that it was my anniversary, and I also called in, the day of , for nice seating. The entire time we were there from the beginning, till almost the end our anniversary was not acknowledge by the hostess or our waiter. However at the end of our meal the waiter Kyle did bring us a special dessert, acknowledging our anniversary. Also, let me add kyle was an amazing waiter. It’s the hostess, at the front that really needs work. They do not do a good job at setting the tone for when you first walk in this place. So other than that my time here was amazing, beautiful place ,the food is so delicious and the ambience is just gorgeous. I do not recommend going here for a romantic night on a weekend. The weekdays may be different. It’s very loud on the weekend if you don’t mind Loud it can still be a romantic spot.

Beautiful restaurant, great food, and vibe. Valet parking a plus!! Waited a half hour for the table not a big deal. The service was ok, nothing great but I don’t believe it had anything to do with the waiter. I think they were understaffed. Despite that would definitely return.

My experience at Blu on the Hudson was phenomenal. The food was great. The service was excellent. The ambiance was immaculate. Will definitely go back.

Was our first time here. Everything went well from the front, back and our amazing server Patrick. Amazing service and food. Definitely going back.

The Dual old fashioned was outstanding as were the other signature drinks. Cuisine and plating outstanding. The sushi was fresh and elegantly served. Uni , the best. Give those tiny oysters a little more time in the bay. Finding our waiter was challenging several times.

The waiter was really nice, outstanding, and delicious food. Totally worth the visit. Fantastic dessert. Only bumped a star down because the main courses took a while, otherwise, totally would visit again!

Gorgeous restaurant, the food is excellent, drink menu is a little exotic, we didn’t love the drinks off the menu so for our second round we just ordered some standard drinks that were very well made. Service was excellent.

I recently visited this restaurant for my girlfriend's bachelorette dinner, and it was my first time there. Upon arrival, our party of eight was warmly greeted by a gentleman whose name I didn't catch. Despite only three of us arriving within the 15-minute grace period due to unforeseen circumstances, the front desk staff was accommodating and allowed us to wait for the rest of our party. Our waiter, Kyle, promptly attended to us once we were seated. The menu did not disappoint. We ordered the Wagyu Skirt Steak, Wagyu Tomahawk, Truffle Cacio e Pepe, Bolognese, Truffle French Fries, and Whipped Potatoes. Every dish was exceptional. The Tomahawk, cooked to a perfect medium, simply melted in our mouths. I highly recommend all of these dishes. For drinks, we enjoyed a perfectly crafted mojito, a delicious Lychee martini (though I would have preferred three lychees on the skewer instead of one), and a classic margarita. Overall, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, from the food to the drinks to the service.
