Blu Grotto Ristorante consists of a beautiful conservatory dining room, large outdoor decks and an open air Beer Garden open Thursday-Sunday

Chef James Corona’s Menu consists of Modern adaptations of Regional Italian Classics, hand made and imported dry pastas, fresh seafood and prime steak. Chef Corona believes that the Italian method of serving only the freshest and locally grown, makes for the best possible ingredients.

Our beverage program consists of artisanal cocktails, extensive beer and by the glass wine offerings and a deep wine list by the bottle that has perennial favorites as well as esoteric wines from around the world.

My reservation was for 5pm. Arrived 7 minutes early to find the door locked. The unlocked the door to tell us they don't open until 5pm. Not- would you like to go to the bar until your table is ready?? Our appetizers were ok, shrimp was over cooked. Main course was a seafood dish. The scallops were perfect the class were OK bit the shrimp and lobster were also over cooked. Like eating an eraser

We had the perfect night! Ate outside! Weather was gorgeous, food was 5 star and the band added great background! Service was attentive, friendly and informative! Love this venue ♥️

Was probably one of the worst meals we have ever gotten ,actually sent a private note to the business but since they didn't respond, I'll give the true review meal was horrible. We've been there since the first day they opened. We had an 815 on a Saturday night ,reservation they came to the bar and told us the kitchen was closing at 9 o'clock so we would have to get our order in classless. The food was ice cold soupy everything was swimming in sauce, I hope they close so they could reopen again with the new chef obviously the chef left and there's no one in the kitchen because there's no way that food was prepared by any skilled chef that evening like I said since day one never got bad that was place was empty and closing on a Saturday night at 9 o'clock you might as well just close for permanent it's as if they made the meal the minute we put it in and brought it out an hour later

The food was not tasty at all. My husband had ordered black pasta with seafood, but the spaghetti had no sauce at all. It felt like spaghetti + butter. I ordered the tuna and I asked for rare - it came medium seared and soaked in oil. I then asked for bronzino, but it was not tasty and again soaked in oil. We celebrated our anniversary and we are very grateful for the little Prosecco gift, but they need to hire a new chef.

Amazing food and ambiance! We sat outdoors and the waiter was very helpful with recommendations. Garden State Radio killed it!

Service was great. Food was good. Obnoxious diners who act and talk (scream) like they are at an outdoor BBQ. Oblivious and inconsiderate to other guests. My husband and I were looking forward to enjoying a relaxing meal which didn’t happen. Very disappointing. These type of buffoon diners should be seated outdoors.
