Blu Bistro is located at the Florida Keys' most laid-back, family-friendly resort and marina! Skipjack resort and features a private marina, a poolside tiki bar and Blu Bistro which offers delicious Keys seafood, as well as a Mediterranean-inspired menu with Greek favorites like spanakopita, meat skewers,Greek style Lasagna, fresh new York style pizza and more! Plus lots of fun with karaoke on Mondays and Fridays from 4 to 9, and live local music too.

Was not at all what we had expected. The restaurant is for the hotel/pool area. We ate indoors but you could eat by the pool or Bar. Food and service were excellent. From the initial photo we actually thought it was more of a “dressy place”. Very casual, laid back..clean and loved the food. Great evening and food!

There was no tables it was around the bar only and it was full so much for a reservation. What I saw for food was pretty much bar type food. As far as service no one made any attempt. A waste of time went elsewhere

It's pretty loud and smoky due to being close to pool and bar (clearly the resort allows smoking). They were understaffed and the server smoked. The food was fine but doubt we'll return

The venue is lovely, the Rick Leider Band was sensational, the delay on getting food was not good at all. Over 30 minutes to get a drink, and we were told by our waiter that he could not take food orders right away. When we could order - it was an additional HOUR before simple food was delivered. The folded metal chairs were an unpleasant surprise, since I made the reservation more than 2 weeks prior. All in all - follow the band anywhere, if you go to this establishment, eat first.

Group of 8, everyone was delighted with their meal. We have calamari, fish n chips, sampler platter, pizzas, gyro, and Greek salads. Everything is delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. Drinks were good. Nice live music. Casual pool side seating. Best value of cost to portions to quality of any place we dined in a week at Marathon. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely spot at SkipJack Resort. Staff are delightful and attentive. Outside dining is poolside with live music. The meat platter was HUGE. Pretty good Greek flair. Be aware of automatic gratuity even on to go items.
