Absolutely the worst meal that I’ve had in a long time. Poor service from the waitstaff to the manager. Steak very undercooked and after sending it back - same steak returned very overdone. Not what I’d expect from a St Regis restaurant.

Service was extremely rushed. Barely had time to finish one thing before plates were being wisked away and the next course served.

Everything was great. The service was impeccable, steak was delicious (cowboy ribeye), and the donut dessert was to die for. I read reviews about it being pricey, which it was, but you’re dining at the St. Regis, so I don’t know what else people can expect at a 5 star hotel.

Everyone from Mildred to Mangala to Joy, Sumit & Mano made our first visit to Bermuda & St. Regis exceptional & certainly not our last!

Great steaks and service Reda was welcoming and provided expert advice re menu selections. He recommended the cowboy steak and it was tender and extremely flavorful. Great server.

Great customer service from Teddy and Shan . Unfortunately there was a problem with open table reservations. We had reservations for 4 p. Which were confirmed through open table. The restaurant closed from 4-6 pm. Although disappointed at first, Teddy brought us to another restaurant in the St Regis. We had a nice meal , beautiful view, and excellent service. I can’t really rate the food at BLT. The service recovery was great.

Excellent service and attentive staff that were knowledgeable and took extra care of our son which was greatly appreciated. Food we had was great. View was lovely extra special It would be nice to have some specials or larger menu for future visits but all we had was wonderful!
