Born in 2019 in Montreal, the Bloom concept has been based on the union of the love of sushi and the desire to safeguard ocean biodiversity. Under the leadership of chef Christian Ventura, Bloom has become a household name across the Atlantic with a wide range of both vegan and traditional customers. In 2022, Bloom is coming to Europe, with the first restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Discover a varied selection of botanical sushi inspired by traditional Japanese recipes. All our sushi is 100% vegan: No mercury and no antibiotics. No use of fish flesh, seafood, or by-products in our recipes. No eggs, cream, or milk All our sushi is made with seasonal products to offer original and harmonious flavour combinations.     A delicious vegan cuisine, superbly creative, visually appealing and really delicious. The variety and surprising nature of ingredients is really amazing. Service is very caring and atmosphere is sattvic. Kudos for enchanting our meals the way you do, the Vegan way!!

    Très belle expérience. Enfin des plats japonais qui sortent de l’ordinaire. Belle présentation des plats, des goûts surprenants et qui marquent. La carte des sakés pourrait être plus fournie pour enrichir les sensations et les accords mets/boissons. Une adresse à connaître.

    C’était absolument excellent. Un peu cher, mais ça les vaut. Des plats végans de qualité, pleins de saveurs, on est ressorties calées ! Vraiment une excellente expérience, félicitations !
