Bloom Southern Kitchen is a farm to table restaurant located in the historic Eagle Tavern, a local landmark since 1702.

Bloom’s teams are focused on delivering an incredible dining experience that begins in the kitchen with local ingredients. Dining in our restaurant transports you to the south where charming hospitality and incredible cocktails await.

We’re open daily for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. We welcome you to our restaurant and look forward to serving you.

This was our second time at the Bloom. We were seated in the bar area. Beautiful room but loud. I could hear the staffs conversations and had to stop mine until they were done speaking. The food and service were excellent!

Great experience from the minute we walked in. Owner was great and walked us through the extensive bourbon list, even giving a sample of one of his favorites. Service was exceptional, food was amazing.

I had crab cakes. I asked for tartar sauce. They didn’t have any. That’s a first for me. This was an entree but came with no vegetables or potatoes. Again a first. Probably won’t return. Price was high for what you get.

Bloom has never dissapointed me. I have been there 4-5 times now and I swear it only gets better. From the ridiculously good whiskey drinks / selection to the seasonal, farm-to-table fresh offerings - Bloom has something for everyone! Will always recommend Bloom for dates for the ambiance and homey southern, modern decor. It has a White Dog Cafe feel to it without the snobbiness (no offense White Dog, still love you guys). Wish I could give them a 6/5 stars. If you’ve not been, go today!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to try Bloom for the first time. We truly enjoyed our experience. The service was outstanding, the food was super fresh and delicious! Our cocktails were freshly made and very tasty. The atmosphere was sincerely welcoming! We will return!

Sound level was very loud, food was excellent, but service was a little slow.

I found this restaurant by chance and decided to book it for a belated Mother's Day dinner. Wow - it was an outstanding evening. One of the best meals I've had in a while, and I eat out on a regular basis. Our server was warm and helpful, and the venue was historic and pleasant. But the food was amazing! The gumbo, the shrimp and grits, the blackened trout - exceptional! I can't wait to go back.

Fantastic service and excellent food. The southern style eclectic menu is really refreshingly different and well designed.

It was such a cute bright atmosphere. When it was a different place it was so dark inside. All employees were extremely nice. The menu had a nice selection of some different items. Everything we had was very good and fresh.
