Bloom Southern Kitchen is a farm to table restaurant located in the historic Eagle Tavern, a local landmark since 1702.

Bloom’s teams are focused on delivering an incredible dining experience that begins in the kitchen with local ingredients. Dining in our restaurant transports you to the south where charming hospitality and incredible cocktails await.

Due to our commitment to using seasonal and local ingredients, our menu items may change based on availability.

We’re open daily for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. We welcome you to our restaurant and look forward to serving you.

We loved the food but the service was horrendous. It seemed as our server disappeared. Took over an hour to get our appetizers. These seem to be ongoing issue as this has happened on other visits there. Not sure we’ll be back.

We stumbled on this little gem of a restaurant on our way home to Hershey from a trip to Portugal via Newark airport. This was the perfect dinner stop after a very long day. The atmosphere was relaxing, food was great, portion sizes good (wedge salad was huge), great wine selection and service was excellent--friendly, efficient and a notch above most restaurants in the area.

This was our first time at bloom and it was FANTASTIC! We went for brunch and t he food and drinks did not disappoint. From the time your walk through the door the service was great and friendly. The atmosphere was laid back but classy. The southern vibe was calming and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we can't wait to go back again, this time for dinner!

We had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time and it did not disappoint. Our server Dianna was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with bourbon cocktails and pickled fried green tomatoes as a starter, both were delicious. The short ribs and salmon special recommend by our server were spot on. Looking forward to our next visit to try a bourbon flight.

We had an overall wonderful experience at Bloom. The food is exceptional. My favorite was the pickled fried green tomatoes! Heather gave excellent service and was helpful with her suggestions and descriptions. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our brunch! There was a great selection of food, seasonal specials & mimosas. What more could you ask for? Everything was delicious, but I’d recommend the monkey bread & mac & cheese!
