   Had a great girls brunch - the food and drinks were amazing! We tried the Cinnamon roll, the Benedict, the BLT, and the Chicken wedge salad — all were fantastic.

   This is our second visit to Bloom. The first time was right after they opened and we were not impressed. We thought we would give it one more chance, and unfortunately, it was disappointing again. As far as the service, I would go as far as saying, “what service?” After taking our order, we never saw our waitress again until the very end. Our original server didn’t even bring us our check. After waiting quite a long time after our meal, we finally asked another server to bring us the check. Once our credit card was processed, the original server came back with a smile on her face. I’m sure she was hoping for this to assist with her gratuity. Then there is the food. Everything was so salty and lacked flavor. With all of the great restaurants in downtown San Juan, Bloom is not even in the same category as the others with amazing and true culinary skills. If you are in San Juan Capistrano and want a great meal, go somewhere else.

   Best experience! The food was everything I hoped for (we split sea bass, meatloaf and wedge salad along with focaccia bread and zucchini flowers)! I recommend all of those items. The service was beyond amazing!! We had Justin and he just made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were doing a mom’s night out before my baby comes in a couple of weeks and it was so nice being able to take our time and enjoy talking to each other. Will go back.

   This was our first time at Bloom and we were not disappointed. The service was outstanding from the moment we came in to when we let. Every item we ordered was fantastic. Our server. Hillary, was on top of everything from start to finish including spitting our desert to accommodate my wife. Top shelf service! We are so grateful and will come back again.

   Chiara is the best server and human. Food is amazing every single time and cocktails and ambiance is absolutely outstanding. Bloom is perfect for every occasion. Favorite restaurant of all time hands down.

    We have been a fan of Iron Wood in our neighborhood then Sapphire with the new ownership but didn't realize The Bloom is also one of them. Any way we went out lastnight and had a great time. My salmon was cooked perfectly, supper hot with a thin layer of crispiness without being dry, moist and flavored. The succotash was just right. I didn't taste other dishes from my hubby and friends so cant tell but they finished their plates and enjoyed them. However, i did get to taste a fried zucchini blossom was very good, and the crispy brussel sprouts with pork belly was delicious. Our waitress and service were great.
