Plant-based gluten-free restaurant in Wicker Park. We have always had the core belief of being as good to ourselves (and the earth) as possible, but as we grow, we have always wanted to do more. With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. However, with healthy plant-based options not being the popular choice, we know we have stiff competition. Therefore, our intention with Bloom is to focus on bringing flavorful, healthy, and affordable plant-based food to families while also being desirable and appealing to everyone regardless of their diet

Join us in the kitchen for a 6-course chef's tasting menu. You will be seated at our chef's counter, where you can watch our kitchen team prepare some of our signature dishes throughout the night. The 6-course menu will feature a combination of shared and individual plates, showcasing our signature dishes alongside some exclusive new items available only to you. Crazy chocolate mousse, food was delicious and if one didn’t know that the food was vegetarian, you wouldn’t have been able to tell

The food was delicious, however the chef experience was a bit underwhelming. The description stated that we would look at how the food is made, which was not really the case. We were facing the kitchen directly, and it wasn’t an exciting view to look at, since it was the kitchen for the whole restaurant. I would have enjoyed my food more if I was seated on a regular table.

Wonderful options among a wide variety of cuisines- well prepared- tasty - presented beautifully too. The service was very good and we look forward to returning soon-

Great food and great service! My daughter is gluten and dairy free so she loves the fact that she can order anything on the menu. The grand cheese board is excellent, risotto and gnocchi was excellent.

Food was great and service too. But the music was just awful. Mainstream pop, incredibly loud and with a terrible sound-system. We are coming for dinner, not to have drinks at the local dive bar. Tbh, most dive bars have better music selection.
