    Lovely experience, that food was ok, the atmosphere was fantastic and drinks and service were SPECTACULAR! Our waitress was lovely !!! Happy Holidays can’t wait to to come for dinner!

    Great service, great food, the noise and music was loud but it was tolerable. The only time it was too much, was when there was an event (birthday, anniversary) and the turned the volume up even more. There was no point even trying to talk to your party at that time, there was no way they would hear you.

    We were seated immediately for our 5:30 pm reservation. Our server, Juquon, was friendly, informative,and prompt.The food was amazing, starting with our appetizer of butternut squash bisque, which was more than amazing, I could drink a gallon of it. Every dish to follow was fantastic, I've never been to a restaurant where every solitary dish tasted great. No complaints can't wait to go back. Make sure you try the sweet potato bread pudding for dessert.

    I used to love this restaurant and thought it was groundbreaking and amazing. However, on my last two visits, especially this one I’ve been severely disappointed. Let me just say I was there on Saturday 12/21 and the DJ was amazing. He was the best part of the experience. However, this is a restaurant not a club so I didn’t come for good music primarily. The food was lackluster at best. They should never have moved away from that confetti waffle to the crunch, berry one as it is hard thick and not good. The service was even worse as there were a few people in the restaurant, yet, our waitress was rarely around hard to find and slow to serve, and the manager was no better.

    This time I had the crab cake with gold leaf and caviar which was outstanding and I really enjoyed the sparkling non-alcoholic Riesling available. The Oreo beignets were delicious as always and service was lovely, friendly, engaged, and facilitated conversation among patrons which I always appreciate when sitting at the bar. Looking forward to my next visit to this restaurant.

    We went for a birthday dinner, not knowing it was Happy Hour 6 to 9. Now, it was great for Happy Hour. Lots of music and dj pumping beats, very loudly. But we would have enjoyed it a lot more if it wasn't so noisy. Felt like a concert. We could not hear the waitress nor ourselves talk. Food was 9 out of 10. Presentation was 10 out of 10. Kudos to the Chef. The lighting and ambiance was perfect. Overall I would give it an 8 out 10. Only because the noise and how hard this 1 waitress worked. I would go back, but with my friends to turn up instead.

    Service was horrible. I ordered off the happy hour menu and had to send everything back multiple times. Food is over priced and not for the value. This is my second time here and I probably wont be returning.

    I really enjoyed my experience dining at Black Swan. My only complaint is the waiter told me that mash potatoes came with the short ribs when it fact it did not. They were extra. I told the manager and he said that I should've been informed that it was extra. I told the waiter that he didn't explain that to me and he wanted to agrue with me. I didn't press the issue because I really enjoyed myself so I wasn't willing to ruin the experience.

    We are 2 Couples who celebrated our friend’s Birthday 51 st Birthday in Baltimore. Blk Swan was small but chic with a vibrant atmosphere. They played a Birthday Remix Collaboration when they brought you a Surprise Birthday Dessert. We enjoyed trying 8 different flavorful and well seasoned food items off their menu. I enjoyed and I would recommend this restaurant.
