Best steak I ever had service was exemplary very pleasant very welcoming and my husband was there for 23rd wedding anniversary we were the only African Americans in the bar and couldn't tell wonderful place I will be going back

Very cute atmosphere, the bar area is very small but would come back and sit for a drink. Our first visit as we are new to Kentucky. After the waitress was told this, you’d think she’d welcome us and tell us the specials without being asked. Chicken piccata was ok, chicken was stringy and not very hot coming to the table. Strip steak was cooked to liking and flavorful. Hostess was very welcoming and asked us how our day was which is always great.

This was our first time to Blinker’s. We were both so highly impressed with the food & service. Jill was our waitress & she was very sweet & attentive. She brought our drinks & warm cut French baguette with butter. We had the house salad with the raspberry vinaigrette & the beef vegetable soup. The raspberry vinaigrette was superb & house made. I’ve lived in Boston & ate at many 5 ⭐️ restaurants & Blinker’s has one of the best steaks I’ve had. There’s a crunchy crust with a magnificent flavor & it was cooked perfectly (medium). We also had the chicken picante, which was good. Chicken was tender & the lemon sauce was perfect. We were too full for dessert. We will definitely be back

Brunch was exceptional, it was my first time dining at Blinkers and they didn't disappoint. Split a breakfast appetizer of French toast sticks with the wife, came hot and crispy with lovely fresh berries and syrup drizzle. She got a classic breakfast of hash browns, eggs, Goetta and toast, and I opted for the steak and eggs. Blinkers was known as a steak joint and they lived up to the reputation. There is less room for error with an 8 ounce steak than a larger 12 ounce one, but you couldn't ask for a more perfectly cooked steak. Excellent grill marks, perfect medium rare. The sunny side up eggs were cooked with equal skill. There was no pretense or gimmicks to hide behind, just skilled cooks making excellent food and friendly staff to serve it up.

This was our first time coming for dinner. They were very nice, patient with us as we were all catching up. The food was delicious! Steaks were amazing, the chicken piccata was great, and the desserts were incredible! Will definitely be back again
