    My overall experience at Bleu was phenomenal and I really recommend this place. I came for my birthday and would definitely come back again. Staff were absolutely fantastic and so was the atmosphere. Food was amazing hats off to the chef.

    I personally had been very excited to visiting and having the huge toma steak! due to our work patterms and general life etc, it took several weeks for everything to align, finally yesterday (Tuesday Nov 19th) it would. So we made the pre-booking and ordered the tomahawk (as the website states 48hrs notice is needed).(we booked 4-5 days in advance). Upoin arrival it felt like they had no idea who we were but still seated us. Drinks were ordered and arrived, food orders were made and after approx 10 mins a gentleman (I assume the manager) came over to say that the Toma steak I had PRE-ORDERED had not arrived from the supplier and they were 'still on their way'....when challenged about when exactly he had a kinda blank face and 'suggested'(for a better word) 8pm.....it was clear they had no idea and personally I do not believe it had been booked (see comment about arrival). Had they known it was pre-ordered and when we arrived they would notified us then that it was not available?! My wife had popped to the car and I waited for her to return as I wanted to leave! (I went for the Toma steak.....sad as it may seem but I can buy wagu and steak in general in lots of places but never seen the Toma steak on the menu!) My wife and daughter wanted to stay as they had already ordered, so I ordered a chicken burger. Daughter had Wagu, Wife had the Gold steak, me Chicken burger. In general the food was beautiful, although they discounted our bill for not having the Toma steak which was nice, that said I went for the Toma steak...... Sadly I will not be returning no matter how good the food was! my excitement and special treat was totally ruined! (felt a little like planning on going Skiing, only to find no snow!)

    Fantastic food on a repeat visit. Service not quite as good as visit earlier in the year. More personal last time and made you feel like nothing was too much. Would be great to see that when we visit next time as it’s the little touches that make such a big difference to the evening when taking friends to their first time.

    Our first visit and what an amazing experience it was! During a 30th birthday celebration I couldn't think of a better place to go. Amazing food, phenomenal service, beautiful surroundings and such a special evening. Will certainly be returning, if only the restaurant was closer to us (but worth the travel ten times over).

    The food and service was good but they are missing the mark. The restaurant is marketing itself and setting its price point as high end but they are not there yet. Little details are missing Much better than my previous experience here. The steak was cooked very well but not seasoned. There was no garnish in my gin, I had to ask for it, they still put onion in the chimichurri. Someone please give the chef a recipe!!!

    First time having Brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Club sandwich, chicken wings, eggs Benedict and farmers breakfast were all good.
